My vehicle’s windshield was shattered due to someone throwing a small object from an overpass, as i was driving on the highway. I searched online to find a reputable glass shop and chose Bolt, because of the reviews. I called them immediately and Rameena (person who answered) was very informative and helpful. She contacted my insurance right away to put through the claim, after i sent her my insurance policy. They waved my deductible and the next day, i took my vehicle in for repair. The quality of the repair was phenomenal and quick. They use Fuyao glass, which is OEE. The quality is the same as OEM, but at a fraction of the cost. I don’t regret it. All the sudden rain water started leaking inside my car , I went to three different places including my trusted mechanic . All I can say is WOW - our car door window got smashed overnight, and we needed to find someone asap to repair it. We phoned PB auto glass (pro-bolt, owned by the same owners as Bolt), and they had the part available AND someone available the same day for mobile service, which was not the case for other places we called. From start to finish there was clear communication and extremely kind and caring service on both the phone, as well as the technician in person. They also worked with our insurance directly, which was so helpful and lowered the stress of the repair. We noticed a small issue a couple of days (door wasn’t locking properly) after the repair, and without hesitation or questions they had a technician back within a couple of hours to remedy it. I haven’t experienced customer service this good in such a long time! We will absolutely be repeat customers if we ever need any future repairs.
