I called multiple shops before hand to see how I could get a replacement windshield for a decent price and have my insurance cover it as well. Basically someone threw a rock from a hwy overpass and it shattered my windshield all the way through, into the cabin of my vehicle. I needed this fixed asap. Bolt auto glass was able to book me in the next day - They were very understanding of my situation and found a way to get me a OEE (original equipment equivalent) windshield and also work with my insurance to get the best coverage. The windshield they gave me is made by fuyao (same company that makes some of the windows on my Toyota). The quality is the same as the original and I have confidence in the installation of my new glass. Bolt delivers great customer service, reliable installations, and affordable costs. My vehicle’s windshield was shattered due to someone throwing a small object from an overpass, as i was driving on the highway. I searched online to find a reputable glass shop and chose Bolt, because of the reviews. I called them immediately and Rameena (person who answered) was very informative and helpful. She contacted my insurance right away to put through the claim, after i sent her my insurance policy. They waved my deductible and the next day, i took my vehicle in for repair. The quality of the repair was phenomenal and quick. They use Fuyao glass, which is OEE. The quality is the same as OEM, but at a fraction of the cost. I don’t regret it.
